Stanley E. Kerr , George A. Kfoury , and Leda G. Djibelian

Department of Biochemistry, American University of Beirut, Beirut, Lebanon

About 7% of the phosphorus in the product represents diphosphoinositide when ox brain is obtained within an hour of slaughter.
