COVER: Immunoperoxidase localization of Niemann-Pick C1 protein in mouse fibroblasts. Low magnification (upper figure) shows that several vesicular structures approximately 0.4 mm in diameter contain reaction product (black arrows). Higher magnification shows that these vesicular structures contain extensive internal membranes (white arrows). These internal membranes also contain reaction product. (See Garver et al., p. 673)
