COVER:
Hepatic lipase (HL) colocalization in livers perfused with chylomicron remnants.
Livers from control and transgenic mice were perfused with 1,1'-dioctadecyl-3,3,3',3'
-tetramenthylindodiacarbocyanine perchlorate (DiD)-labeled remnants (4 μg/ml, 20 min),
and cut sections were immunostained with rabbit anti-HL antibody followed by Oregon green
(OG)-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG.
Clustering of DiD remnants (red) were colocalized with HL (green). (See Lee et al.,
p. 27.)
