About the Cover
COVER: Lipid body imaging by wet scanning electron microscopy within a human blood eosinophil. Lipid bodies appear as highly contrasted round, bright organelles in conjunction with numerous eosinophil specific granules (non-bright, round structures). Cells were stained with osmium followed by uranyl acetate for imaging at scanning electron microscopy under fully hydrated conditions. (See Melo et al., p. 2589)
