About the Cover
COVER: High-density lipoprotein particles containing wild-type and mutant L159R apoA-I (apoA-IFin) molecules can be quantified using a combination of ELISA and mass spectrometry. The tryptic peptide AHVDAL 159R (green, wild-type apoA-I) can be distinguished from AHVDAR159 (red, L159R apoA-I) after separation of mouse plasma on SDS-PAGE followed by in-gel trypsin digest and HPLC-electrospray mass spectrometry (LC-MS).
