Send an email to subscriptions{at}asbmb.org. Include your subscriber number, the journal name, your old contact information (address, phone, fax and email) and your new contact information.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for your change of address request to take effect.

REPORT A MISSING OR DAMAGED ISSUE

Missing Issue Claims Policy:

**IMPORTANT**: Missing issue claims will not be accepted when the shipping address is a subscription agent's air forwarding address. Missing issue claims are accepted only when the shipping address is the customer's end user address.

US and Canadian subscribers: You may claim no sooner than 5 weeks from the date of publication, and no later than 10 weeks after the date of publication.

All other subscribers: You may claim no sooner than 10 weeks from the date of publication, and no later than 5 months after the date of publication.

Claims made outside of the dates above will be denied. However, you may obtain the missing issue by purchasing it at the single issue rate (see "SINGLE/BACK ISSUES" section above for rates and ordering instructions).

To Report a Missing or Damaged Issue: Send an email to subscriptions{at}asbmb.org. Include your subscriber number, the journal name and your mailing address along with the issue number, volume number and date of publication of the claimed issue. Please allow 8-10 weeks for receipt of the replacement issue.
